He is often sought out within the industry for advice or opinion on a broad range of topics.
John commits his oversight skills to support the Barhite and Holzinger sales staff on a full time basis. He is always available and accessible to staff and clients alike. |

Randy Elson: Motorcyclist Extraordinaire. Randy is one of the operations experts at B & H because his knowledge of building systems is extensive. A business manager and family man, his guidance invariably improves the properties where he is engaged. Randy has been around the property management business for over 15 years and has a career commitment to getting the job done right. |

Taylor French CRS: Licensed in real estate since 1994. He grew up in the south and has retained some of the accent and some of the gentility. Taylor thoughtfully goes about the business of managing properties in Westchester, NY. His oversight and management skills put him in the top tier of property managers.

Mary takes on some of our toughest projects because she grew up around the construction business and has continued to show an interest and a remarkable depth in the construction and renovation area. She has been managing residential communities for 23 years and feels like a board member herself. |

Larry Newman: A seasoned manager who has a knack for technology and thoughtful administration. Larry is accommodating, flexible and good-natured. Moving from a corporate position where he managed in-house real estate holdings, Larry joined Barhite and Holzinger about 5 years ago to enter the residential property management business. |

Rich Pollock : Rich has been a long-time property manager for Barhite and Holzinger. He started with the company in 1980. His experience extends from garden condominiums to sprawling home owners associations to sizeable cooperative buildings. When not working to insure the smooth operation of his assigned clients you might find him kayaking in the Hudson River or training to run another New York Marathon. |
Others play a key role in the business at Barhite and Holzinger. The length of employment is another testament to the stability and competency of the company. The average tenure of employees is somewhere between 15 and 20 years.
