John Holzinger President John Holzinger became president of Barhite & Holzinger in 1987. John’s father founded the company in 1935 with John joining the team in 1969. John’s greatest attribute is his ability to sort through new issues (legislative, construction, financing) as they approach the industry. John is adept in solving difficult problems to lead the company’s employees in the business of real estate property management, sales and rentals. In 2007 John was involved in the formation of the Westchester Bank, where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors.

Taylor French Certified Property Manager Taylor French began his career in 1994 working in brokerage and joined with Barhite & Holzinger in 2005 as a property manager. Taylor applied his management skills in Colorado from 2007-2009 where he gained experience with common interest ownership legislation. He returned at the start of 2010 to work with B&H on large-scale property management accounts. Taylor also manages many internal business and external industry issues. His professionalism and understanding of the management business earned him the premier property management designation in the country. Taylor is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM).

Randy Elson, Property Manager Randy Elson has been involved with Barhite & Holzinger property management since 2001. Randy learned the business from the ground up serving in various building staff positions starting in 1994. His greatest strengths are his extensive knowledge of building systems and his constant need to provide quick, smart customer service. Tomfoolery and inaction do not stand a chance. Randy stands out as a professional because he invariably improves the properties where he is engaged.

Julia Familia Marketing & Advertising Julia creates, organizes, and implements many of the marketing and advertising initiatives for the sales associates at Barhite and Holzinger. Prior to joining Barhite and Holzinger, Julia worked in the commercial real estate sector. She uses her talent to make B & H a magnet for successful sales and marketing, and her skills facilitate sales growth, agent development, and productivity gains. As a practical matter, Julia also lends her skills to other areas of the operation to balance priorities.

Before joining B&H, Larry managed in house real estate holdings in New York City and Northern California.
