John Holzinger, Jr. continues to lead the company having joined it in 1973 after several years in the private home construction industry. Mr. Holzinger was a founding member of The Westchester Bank and sat on its Board of Directors for 13 years until it merged with Valley National Bank in 2022.
He also served two four-year terms as a lay member on the Grievance Committee of the Ninth Judicial District.
Barhite & Holzinger is a full-service real estate company specializing in property management and sales throughout Westchester County. The staff of approximately 20, includes Property Managers and Licensed Sales Representatives all supported by a broad range of experienced administrative, accounting, and paralegal personnel. The Barhite & Holzinger sales department was acquired by Corcoran Legends Realty in early 2022 and a strong synergy exists between the Corcoran National Sales team and Barhite & Holzinger. The management portfolio includes residential HOAs, co-ops, condo associations, investment rental buildings, as well as retail and office properties.
